We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your Hinge subscription. Since Hinge membership is registered through iTunes & App Store subscriptions, you'll have to cancel your membership through Apple.
We wish we could handle cancelations for you ourselves but unfortunately this step is out of our hands. However, I’ll gladly guide you on how to complete this process and you can always reach out to us for any clarity!
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Again, we're sorry we can't just do this for you ourselves. Believe me, if we could, we would - but such is the way the App Store works! That said, Apple's process for cancellation is quick and efficient, so we're confident it won't be any trouble!
Note: You’ll remain a member until the end of your subscription cycle - after which point, you’ll be just a basic member! If you’d like to terminate your account entirely:
In Hinge, go to Account (by swiping over to the furthest left screen until you see a screen that shows Preferences | Account | Settings)
Tap "Delete Account"
Your account and information will now have been wiped from our system. Just delete the app and you'll be completely finished!
