Please note: A payment verification error may come up if you have multiple Hinge accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
Please make sure you don’t have any other Hinge accounts associated with either a phone number or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please delete one of your accounts and try to repurchase.
If you already subscribed, but it isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:
- Within the Hinge app, tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar
- Tap the Gear icon
- Tap Restore Subscription
- If these steps aren't effective, please log out and back into the Hinge app and repeat the steps.
