If one of your matches disappeared, one of the following is possible:
That member manually or accidentally removed your profile from their Matches.
They deauthorized and deleted their profile.
If you’re confident that you accidentally tapped Remove and want to undo that, Preferred Members can tap Ask an Expert from Hinge Settings and reach out to the Hinge Experts for assistance.
Members may also Submit a request and our team will investigate the circumstances of the removal/block and might be able to restore the match for you.
If all your matches disappeared, please note:
When you update your Hinge app, sometimes it may take a moment for your Matches to repopulate as your app re-syncs with our server. This can depend on how many Matches you have and how strong your WIFI connection is at the time your app updates. Logging out and back in to the Hinge app will refresh your app and bring everyone back into your Matches queue.
