Please note: A Payment Verification Error may occur if you have multiple Hinge accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
Please ensure that you do not have any other Hinge accounts associated with either a phone number or a Facebook profile. If you find that you do have another account, please delete one of your accounts and attempt to restore your purchase again.
If you previously subscribed to a Preferred Membership but that membership isn't reflected in your account, here's how to restore it:

Within the Hinge app, tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar
- Tap the Gear icon
- Tap Upgrade to Preferred Membership
- Tap Restore subscription in the top left of your screen.
If these steps aren't effective, please log out and back into the Hinge app and repeat the steps.
