You can cancel your Preferred Membership subscription at any time to avoid future payments. Your Preferred Membership will still be active for the remainder of your subscription period.
Please note that deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. If you don't see an option to cancel your subscription, that means that you have already successfully cancelled that subscription.
To cancel your Preferred Membership:
On your iPhone:
- Tap here to view your Subscriptions page
- Tap Hinge
- Tap Cancel Subscription
