A Payment Verification Error may occur if you have multiple Hinge accounts and you attempt to restore a purchase.
Please ensure that you do not have any other Hinge accounts associated with either a phone number or a Facebook profile.
If you log back into Hinge, you'll be able to regain your Preferred Membership status by tapping "Restore" at the top left of the following screen:
From within the Hinge App tap Account > Upgrade to Preferred Membership.
Tapping upgrade should re-sync your Play Store purchase to our server so that your account reflects your purchase.
