Can I temporarily pause my Hinge account?

Yes you can!

To pause your account:

1. Within the Hinge app, tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar

2. Tap the Gear icon
3. Toggle the Pause switch to the on position.

This will prevent you from being shown to new people and you'll still be able to chat with your existing matches.

To Unpause your account, simply toggle the Pause switch to the off position or tap Unpause Profile on your Discover screen.

If you sent someone a Like before you paused your account, that person will still receive your Like and have the option to Match with you.

Please note: Pausing your account will not pause your subscription.
