If you’ve been banned from Hinge, this means we’ve detected activity associated with your account that violated our Terms of Service. We take violations of our policies very seriously.
Can you tell me specifically why I was banned?
- We do not tell people why they were banned. This policy is in place to protect the identities of those who reported the account. We will not respond to inquiries about the reason for a ban.
Who makes the final decisions?
- Our moderation team is a group of Hinge staff members who have undergone extensive training. We've taken particular care to ensure that the moderation team includes individuals from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of life experiences that help them make fair and informed decisions.
You will not be able to create a new Hinge account. If you had a Hinge Preferred Subscription, you may need to cancel your subscription to prevent future payments.
